Pamukova Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. acquired 80% stake of Pamukova Yenilenebilir Elektrik Üretim A.Ş.

On the acquisition of total 13,600,000 of nominal (80%) unlisted type of shares consisting of 1,360,00 the Group A privileged shares and 12,240,000 the Group B shares of PAMEL Pamukova Yenilenebilir Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. held by Mr. Bayram Kınay, Pamukova Elektrik, 100% Verusa Holding subsidiary, has fully paid a total of 21,482,000 TL ( Twentyone million four hundred eighty two Turkish Lira) cash with 1.60 TL purchase price per share.

Pamukova Elektrik will apply to the Capital Market Board of Turkey for the share puchase transaction to obtain necessary approvals defined in CMB's Communique.
